Words cannot express how happy we are with our new home - thank you for working so hard to make the experience such a pleasure. Building a home can be challenging, stressful and exhausting, but also, rewarding and fun. We experienced some of all of these during the construction process. I don't think my wife and I could be happier with our new custom home by the Leland Group. The interior spaces, the views and the feel of our new home are all wonderful, better than we ever expected. The construction quality is excellent, the builder's attention to detail obvious. As an engineer and project manager myself, I was very much involved in the planning and monitoring of the building progress. I found John Ballantyne to be a patient and excellent communicator throughout the design/construction process. He was especially helpful when decisions became difficult for my wife and me, offering insight from his many years of custom building experience. I was especially impressed with John's relationship with his contractors, many of whom privately expressing their respect for his ethics and business practices.
